Is it normal that i never brush my hair?

I dont see the point of brushing my hair. It just looks the same as if i dont brush it. I have short - medium hair (for a boy).

    i dont bother brushing my hair too and i'm a girl. guess because its not that long, only shoulder length and i like it better not brushed
