Is it normal that i mix up the colors orange and green?

I also mix up the numbers 7 and 9. I read 9 or green, and I think the right one, but then I say orange or 7 (or vise versa). I just learned that my brother does this too! Is this normal?

    I confuse orange and green ALL the time. I haven't had that experience with numbers, but that's probably not terribly abnormal either.
