      You should check out Hirsuties coronae glandis. I think this may be what you are talking about. If so, it is just a normal variance.

    It's not an STD fella, it's a harmless skin condition, you can even get them on your lips. It's called PPP and it's natural and goes away with age. Still see a doctor for a second opinion, I'm your first. Don't be alarmed!
