I've been doing this for a year or more now and I'm worried I'm becoming a bit of an addict. I've been known to touch myself up to five times in one day and it's worrying me.
Is this normal? :/

    If it's something that stops you from doing other activities then it's maybe a problem, but that's true of anything really.
