When I was in high school, we used to have the habit of guys teasing each other by grabbing their penises or tweaking their chest around the nipple area. Well, one thing lead to another and I got really frisky with my friend who sat next to me. We used to regularly touch each other in school and even jerk each other off in school (about once a week). I have such experiences with cousins of mine too. Am I being a deviant by jerking off on such things even though I am a married adult now?
