I know that everyone masturbates every once in a while, but when is it considered too much? I masturbate numerous times a day in the shower. I let the water from the shower run over my clit. It gives me the most intense orgasms i have ever experienced. Sometimes I'm in the shower for hours doing it over and over again until my clit is literally numb. Its hard for me to have an orgasm when I'm having sex so even afterwards I go straight to the shower to make myself cum. It started when I was 14 and Ive been doing it everyday since (10 years). Is this normal?
