    Now for doing it too much... you need to ask yourself
    - Are you rubbing yourself raw?
    - Can you stop yourself when it's inappropriate to masturbate?
    - Are you doing it in public

    If you answer "yes" to any of those then yeah you need to cut down a bit.

    However otherwise, just lie back and let your fingers do the walking. ;-)
