So I started masturbating since I was like 14, and ever since then, I haven't really stopped, I've had a GF for 2 years now and I still masturbate even though I have sex with her, is that normal and does it affect your fertility, because the most I have gone w/o masturbating is like a week since I was 14. I am 22 at the moment and I'm not sure if I qualify as a sex addict! Thank you for your opinion.

    Masturbation feels great and for guys it's a big release and helps with stress. As long as it does not affect your performance with your girlfriend and you don't choose it over sex with her, there is no problem. I am a girl and I masturbate a lot so don't feel any weird stereotype like "I'm a sex obsessed guy"
