Is it normal that i masturbate 3-4 times a week?

Some people masturbate that much in a day, some in the month. It's all good. And the feeling weird after part... Seems normal to me. After I finish sometimes I feel the same or think "why am I even doing this?"

if u cant masturbate atleast thrice a week, there is nothing worse than that.. Masturbation relaxes ur muscles and releases ur excess hormones. So, do it whenever u feel.
