i make up imaginary girlfriends/boyfriends,friends,ect. for my real life friends and make up stories to got with them.example,i made up a girlfriend for my guy friend whos never had a girlfriend and i tell them about people i make up.

    Some people like to put others down, some like to make others up. But yeah, unfortunately I would say it's normal to be a liar.

    Try not to make up stories. They will become a habit and will be hard to stop.

    If I understand your question correctly, dishonest behavior is very common and normal, particularly if you're just talking yourself up a bit to make yourself seem more interesting. That kind of lie doesn't hurt anyone but could embarrass you and damage your reputation if you're found out.

    Frankly, making up stories is the secret to being more popular in high school. They have to be good stories though.
