Is it normal that i make sure to get enough sleep?
Every night before falling asleep I figure out how much sleep i'm going to end up getting. Like say its a school night and I go to bed at 10 and I have to wake up at 6. I would get 8 hours of sleep. Every night I try to get at least eight hours of sleep. And if I end up getting less than 8 hours of sleep one night, the next day i'll try to get more than 8. I've done this for as long as I can remember.
Is it normal?
