What you might not realize about what you do is that the stomach acid you bring up each time you throw up, is eating away the enamel on your teeth. Not only is this acid eating away at your teeth it is eating away at your esophagus as well.
So if you "hate my body and have very low self esteem" now, imagine what your self esteem will be like when you have to ask the counter boy at McDonald's to put your burger in a blender with the fries and soda, before you can eat them!
Time to grow up a bit and stop acting like a little baby.
Talk to a therapist and a doctor. You need both physical and psychological treatment.
Not normal its bulimia. This is a mental disorder like anorexia. Get help.
I know a woman who always bragged about how she used to be a model, but she ended up as an anorexic and bulimic. She's in her late 40's now and she looks like shit! This chick has had osteoporosis since her mid twenties and there's not a lot of collagen in her face. She's always offering unsolicited dietary advice to overweight women too. People laugh at her behind her back. My best guy friend called her a skank. It's better to have a few extra pounds than to look like a rotting corpse.
And yes, her teeth are gross.
Its normal to not like things about your body, but definitely not to throw up. Change your diet and eating habits. Start working out, and maybe see a therapist also.
Its very unhealthy and I know that you know that doing this is not normal. Throwing up is not a good way to deal with bad feelings. Maybe try eating small tiny meals more often throughout the day so you don't end up binging and feeling those guilty bloated feelings. Binge and purge equals a harsh horse voice and nasty dental problems later in life that will make your self esteem even lower. There's no need to puke up your food. Something tells me you are probably attractive but do not believe because some jerk or bitch said something to put you down.
