Is it normal that i make my skin bleed?

When I get a cyst I inmediately want to pop it, and its ruining my skin! Eve though I cut my nails I still manage to make my skin bleed, I cant control it I find the urge and I have to do it! I need advise to stop doing it I dont know what to do I Tied cream, gloves , shor nails, not looking at the mirror, make up, ointments anything And its leaving me terrible marks and scars

    Have you tried cognitive behavioral therapy? This may or may not work. I've never tried it myself, nor do I know anyone who has, but it's the only thing I can think of for your situation.

      hmmm nope but hat would change the vice for another kind yet its a good idea.

    Theres actually a word for that kind of obsession i just dont remember it. Maybe put ur fingers in vinegar so that wen u dig into ur skin it burns.

      Hmm I get terrible infections easily I already tried doing it with alcohol..yeah its a dermatilomania but I cant controll it anymore :S

        cut ur nails super short so that u cant even scratch the backings off stickers
