Is it normal that i make gesture while daydreaming?

Of course while I'm alone only. I make facial expressions and gestures, it's only before sleeping. I have maladaptive daydreaming, I can't help it. Would you consider that stupid?

    I do that. I also reenact fragments of things I said in past conversations I'm thinking about. Obviously while I'm alone.

    Don't even worry about it. I have Maladaptive Daydreaming as well. Honest, I'm not lying. MD is hard to cope with. It's absolutely normal. :)
