Is it normal that i'm worried about breaking up?

Right now I'm dating a guy who is very talented, smart, and kind. He has great manners and he is chivalrous. However I only asked him out in the first place because I wanted a boyfriend and I had a crush on him a year ago. I still care about him though and we were friends before we were together. Now I'm in love with a girl and she's asked me out. I said yes but I'd have to break up with my boyfriend first. Everything is very awkward between me and my boyfriend and I know I would enjoy myself more with the girl. However I'm worried I'll never find someone like the guy again even though I've been losing interest in him. Everyone I know thinks I should be with the girl too.

Break up with the guy and go out with the girl. 8
Stay with the guy. 8
Break up with the guy, but stay single. 5

    Doesn't sound like love in either case. She sounds, at the most, to be infatuated with the girl, perhaps just lustful. She sounds to be with the guy for security and comfort. I believe she'll fuck up both relationships and plenty of others, because she's much more interested in what she wants than how she treats others.
