I'm a guy and I rarely get turned on while watching any kind of porn. When I talk to a girl I really like (meaning I want to be her boyfriend), I get hard because I feel hopeful that she will be my girlfriend soon. I never had a girlfriend so when I get rejected or when I find out the girl I like is taken, I don't get hard anymore, even if I imagine having sex with her. Having a soft penis doesn't make me feel good. When I feel hopeful of getting a girlfriend, I'm more likely to get turned on by watching porn or imagining having sex with a girl. I was recently flipping through a Play Boy magazine and I felt bad not being turned on by any naked women. Maybe it's because I haven't been very lucky with girls lately, so imagining or watching porn hasn't turned me on most of the time.

    Maybe you just aren't into porn. Not everyone is. I don't feel anything if I watch/look at porn. I find it very boring.
