Is it normal that i'm upset about it?

I'm in a long distance relationship so we see each other every second weekend.
We're not a young couple, both been married before. We're been seeing each other for over a year now and its been the best time of my life, but a couple of weeks ago he admitted to me he has cybered with his ex. (he has now deleted her)
But he cant see it as a betrayal of trust, he says if its not real on the net!
So is it normal that I felt hurt?

    It's cheating! If she was in person do u think he'll pass just because your his girl? Helllll no he can't even pass online so forget him and move on

    I understand your pain from what he did to you and your frusteration of a long distance relationship. My girlfriend and I went to school many miles apart, but after graduate school, couldn't bare the pain of what/who/when/why, etc.. that comes with it, so we broke it off. You were committed to him, he betrayed that trust you gave him as part of the committment, so it's gonna hurt. Hope you feel better soon...
