Is it normal that i'm up all night and sleep all day?

I've been struggling to fix my sleeping schedule very hard lately but it seems to always fall back where it started. I usually go to sleep at 5AM or sometimes a bit earlier or later. I get out of bed at 2PM or later on. I also take some over the counter meds to help me out a bit and they make me drowsy. I really want to fix my sleeping schedule it literally ruins my life! Any advice would be helpfull!

You can try exercising, say jogging or swimming three hours prior your 'bedtime'. After that, grab something light to eat. Your body needs energy to digest the food, so as reflex, it'll want to sleep it through to conserve energy. The exercising also wears you out.

Start changing the hours little by little to make a successful difference. Good luck.

Work the night shift. I didn't like it at all, but it sounds like you would.

I used to have his problem. when I finally stopped resisting and just accepted the sleep schedule my body was determined to stick with, things got much much better. I've finally just accepted the fact that I'm a night owl.

Congratulation you have a sleep disorder.
There are a few ways that I know of to deal with this kind of trouble. One of these ways involves having a lot of sex before the time for napping comes so you tire yourself out just enough to crash. The second I know is about smoking a joint or hitting a bong till you just crash. Another one is about doing both of these things.
But if it really troubles you,you might wanna ask a doctor for some sleepy pills. They will put you back on the right track but also make a sleepy pill addict out of you. If you are against drugs, you can go for something a tad more natural but addictive and with side effects nonetheless such as valerian. Or see an expert in sleep disorders they are gonna give you some tests and ultimately tell you what to do. If you are a smoker you might wanna go easier on the ciggies, nicotine has stimulant properties and influences your sleep pattern.
    Good luck!
