Hi I'm 18 and is it normal to have an Uncircumsized penis? And will this turnoff girls or make them not want to have sex with me?
I'm a female and I prefer uncircumcised. I won't get near one of those weird, cut up, scarred ones ever again!

Yes it's normal. Circumcising a male penis is a barbaric act and should be illegal.
That same law should apply to female circumcision.
