OK, this is really weird but I'm an only child and I always hated babies until about 10 years ago or so. Now I'm insanely aroused by the idea that my mom would get pregnant and start having babies one after another. The thought of her belly and breasts expanding is very arousing to me. So is this normal!?

It is a little odd, but you are NOT normal... We have always harbored some sort of attraction to our mothers... Hell, Sigmund Freud made a very good living out of that sort of thing. You did not say that you wanted to have sex with her. You just said that you were arroused. I wager that if it were any other women that you had that direct a connection with, you would be turned on too.
