Is it normal that i'm trying all i can just to be famous?

Okay, So for pretty much my whole life I've loved to sing.. I absolutely love it! It's crazy. When I'm home, i sing. When i go with my sister and her boyfriend in his car, I make him put in a CD or plug up is Ipod and i sing. No matter what i'm doing i'm going to sing it seems like. And for the longest time even now. I have been trying to become famous. I have gone to state competitions, I have done talent show contests, I have even put some videos on youtube. And i'm just wondering is it normal to want to be famous as bad as me?

    Wanting to be famous is fine if that's what you want. Just don't convince yourself that you WILL be famous some day and there is no alternative. The odds of becoming famous are VERY slim unless you offer something truely unique and different that people will want to listen to/watch.
    I'm not saying to give up or anything, not at all. Never give up on something if you enjoy it, just do it for you and not for being famous.

    As a very famouse youtube (DylanFTW) and a very famouse IINer...i say..dont try...just take it easy every once in a while...fame comes to those who wait.
