Is it normal that i'm this paranoid about my cellulite?

I went away for a week on a trip and had pudding every night, ate junk foods, and drank at least 1-2 beers per nite as well as a whole bottle of baileys that I drank throughout that week. Well I really hate my cellulite and am worried if it's going to contribute to it getting worse :/ Do you think that a week of grog and junk food has prob made it a little worse or am I just being really paranoid? I am a girl by the way..

I thought that cellulite was a myth promoted by newspapers like the UK Daily (ugh) Mail.

depends on how bad it is-a little is nothing...more could be unsightly.

good stuff-I'm in a similar boat. I used to be well built but let myself go and got some too. So now I'm going to the gym as often as I can to get back into my former fit state.

they have machines at salons and different spas that suction all the cellulite. If you are overweight then excersize.I you are not you should probably look into the suction thing. good stuff. Why sit here and hate your fucking cellulite when you can do something about it.

Just do the Insanity workout. If you have cellulite, then you don't have enough muscle tone. Any cellulite I had disappeared within 2 weeks of Insanity.

All I know is I had cellulite about a year and half ago, but I don't now. I lost 20% of my body weight over that period, so if you really don't like it, my advice would be to lose weight.

    • true good idea, but if I loose any more eight il prob look ano, so I know weight doesn't really have anything to do with it, it does reduce it a little the skinnier u are

Cellulite is disgusting, so just lose some more weight if you're not happy with your body. A week of binge eating will probably see you put on 1-2 lbs at most. Nothing a week of eating correctly can't fix. Balance my dear, you need balance.

Cellulite doesn't really have much to do with weight. It happens naturally to people of all different shapes and sizes.

Exactly. I have cellulite and I've seen people who are much larger than me with none whatsoever.
