I'm 18 and have never actually masterbated fully, cause the thought of it really puts me off, and makes me feel uncomfortable. I've played with myself a little, but don't really get much stimulation from my clitoris, which worries me even more. Could it be down to the fact that I'm still a virgin?

Think about the benefits of masturbation compared to real sex. There's no other party, it's just you, and there's virtually no consequences to it. Try getting horny by means of porn or whatever, and it'll happen. Just let it come. Literally. ;)

Sounds like fear-driven issues to me. Ask yourself, and get real honest: What about masturbation scares me ? Then respond to your answer by asking what about ---------scares me, until you can answer no more. There's where the issue lies.
