Is it normal that i'm scared the condoms going to break again?

Last time I had sex the condom broke. I'm really worried about it breaking again so I've been avoiding it or just turning it down when ever the subject comes up. Is this normal or am I being to paranoid?

Talk to your doctor about wearing them properly.

    and don't forget the following:

    1) Use lubrication inside and outside. Just a drop or two in the tip can help. And your partner won't mind a little bit of lube to help it slide in better anyway.

    2) Don't stretch them too far, leave a little bit of room at the tip so it won't be stressed too much

    3) Do not store them in your wallet. Keeping them warm next to your ass will do more damage than good.

    4) They have expiration dates. Read them before you use them. Don't use expired ones.

    5) Never rely on just one - have a backup condom.

    6) Do NOT wear two at the same time. This may actually help increase the chances of breakage

    7) Wear the correct size. Wearing one that is too small - or too big - can lead to breakage

    8) If it breaks pull out before you shoot. If you don't have a spare you can always please each other via other means.

That's understandable. It's scary to think about what could happen if a condom breaks again. But don't avoid the problem. Get another type of birth control so that if the condom does break again, you won't be as at risk.
