Is it normal that i'm scared of what people will say if i cut my hair

People will say if i cut my hair :o I love my hair, its almost as long as the guys from the band dragonforce. The unfortunate part is that noone else likes it lol Everyone else tells me to cut my hair back to the way it was (i did get a few girlfriends that year lol) but Im terrified that the people cutting it will mess up and make me look hideous. I understand that everyone might like it but im also scared to see what people will think when i do cut it. Is it normal to feel this way?

    Really long hair on a guy is gross. You can either be a heavy metal nerd who is afraid to cut his hair or you can cut it and get laid, just saying it how it is.

      Judging by the name this is coming from a bleach blonde (garbage can guaranteed to be littered with spray-on tan bottles) with some severe Freudian issues.

      In other words, ignore her. If you want to get laid with girls like her just get 'em drunk. If you want a relationship, with a worthwhile girl, be how you want to be.

    i'd say cut it and move on.
    if not make sure you're really looking after it.
    long hair comes with responsibility just like everything else that's long and big, if you get what i mean ;)

    Cut it! Very few guys can actually pull off long hair without looking gay, emo or scruffy, so with most cases: guys look better with short hair (in my opinion). But anyway, it's normal to be worried about what other people will think :)

    Every couple of years I grow my hair out long, but I always eventually want it cut again. There are usually at least a few people who tell me "don't do it" or, after I do get it cut, they don't like it. But the thing is, I don't care what they say/think because it is MY hair and I can do what I want with it. You shouldn't care either.
