Is it normal that i'm scared of someone ticking my feet when in bed?

Is it normal the I won't stick my feet out of bed just incase someone tickles them or when I'm lying on the sofa and my feet stick out?

    Yes, people use to pretend they were going to do that to me all of the time, it's scary!
