Is it normal that i'm scared of my little sister, i'm 18

So, my little sister attacks me sometimes and it's brutal. I have bruises all over, some days. Other times she attacks my parents; when they're in their room, she bangs on the door and cry's loudly. It's insane. She clawed at the door with scissors in an obvious effort to kill me one day when I decided to lock myself away from her abuse. She is 6 and, my hand to god, if I stop her from doing anything, my mom beats me. Is it normal for me to be terrified of her?

    You need to get your sister professional help. Talk to your dad about it if he's around. If not then notify another family member. Your mother needs help too if she beats you. Next time it's happening call 911. If her episodes last long enough and the police see this they will take her to get help. Do not let this continue.

    6?!?!?!?! It says a lot about the environment she was brought up in to use scissors as a weapon, that is terrifying! She's this bad at this age, what is she going to be like when she's 18?! Your mom needs a massive wake up call and if she's beating you for defending yourself it sounds like the wake up call will only come something terrible happens, what a parent =/
    Your dad needs to step in cuz you'll end up leaving home, she needs serious help...or as Faceless says, throwing out of the window.

    1) You're 18, move out. 2) You're 18. If your mother beats your for defending yourself against your sister, that is assault. Call the police. Have mom busted and your sister evaluated. If mom is hitting you, then your sister is probably like she is because mom is hitting her as well.

    r u a guy or a girl, if you are a guy then slap the living lights out of your sister when no one is watching, only once, that will cure her, if you're a girl, then slap twice.......

    as for your mom, if she hist you, resist, and tell her to stop it, if she doesn't, then resist her, and walk away from the scene to your room and call for help...

        and always keep some kelp in your hand, to defend you atleast, like if she comes with a knife or scissors next time, then keep a wooden stick(long) in ur room, so you can knock the knife away from her hand, and give a blow on her head.....
        then tie her hands, and legs and throw her in her room....
        that should teach her to abuse you, she's not a normal child, she needs help, she's got issues, try to talk to ur mom about it, and get her to some doctor.....maybe ur mom is just scared that the world should not call her child as a challenged child, so she is not doing anything, but she needs help, go to some doctor with the 6 year old.....
