Well I have two wisdom teeth that grew in the back, and I'm scared if the dentists don't use a numb thing on me.
I'm really scared if I wake up in the middle of the thing when they are taking the tooth out and i'd be in pain. My sister said i'll be fine but i'm still just soo scared! Somebody help me?
It's a really easy procedure. You fall asleep and wake up seemingly 3 seconds later. Your jaw is a little sore and tight for a few days but that's it.
Hell no, perfectly normal to worry, but remember the dentist do this every day, they are experts, it may be uncomfortable but you won't feel any pain
3 days of nothing buy pudding ad jello!! What's so scary about that??!? Plus you get sweet pain meds. And being put under is fun too. Have fun man, I'm jealous
Not as bad as it seems. To wake up in the middle is pretty rare if that is your only concern. You son feel a damn thing. I had all four of mine removed I'd so it again it was so easy. Well not really but it was nothing that I expected it to be. Afterward they give you pain meds, but after the first day or two I didn't need them anymore. The only thing that sucks is you have to be careful about what you eat. Oh, and no sucking. :)
I was scared too. But really u dont feel the surgery when u wake up ur a little loopy from the drugs. After the surgery. Will be sore so take pain reliever if u can and eat soup. Mine was sore for about 2 weeks I coudnt really eat anything hard. But don't worry it's not as bad as it seems
Do not worry. You will be fine. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. I woke up in the middle of my surgery. I was very dazed and looking around but didnt feel any thing. They rushed and turned the gas up and I went back out. I didnt feel any pain. My only suggestion would be is to ensure you know your accurate weight. Sometimes they misjudge peoples weight and assume they are lighter than they are so they are not administered enough anesthesia. That would be the only concern. That and developing TMJ afterwards. I developed TMJ post operatively. Other than that do not worry. You will be fine.
