I find barnacles absolutely disgusting. When we went to the beach I managed to improvise a whole army of barnacle killers. We whacked them with sticks until there was nothing but jelly left. Am I a murderer?
They're creepy. Have you ever seen a hoard of them lumped up on a log? Gives sea monsters a run for their money O.0
Don't kill them, despite their looks they're are beneficial to their ecosystem. All things are. If everyone killed them on site, they'd be on the endangered list:/ However, if it was a sea spider or a sea snake, go right ahead! Defend yourself or run away!
I not sure how to answer this. I not sure what a barnacle counts as. I know what it is but I not sure if it would fall under plant, insect, parasite. Most barnacles attach to see life like whales. I know that when whales get them its good. Since the barnacles eat the bacteria off the whale. Why you would go out of your way to attack a creature is beyond me. Was there a reason for pointlessly attacking these things?
Barnacles give me the creeps because I am disgusted by clusters. However, if I lived near the beach I wouldn't kill them - just run away going "ewewewewew"
They help clean the pollutants from the water. They are important living creatures. You sort of are a murderer.
