Is it normal that i'm reincarnated?

I'm not 100% sure I'm reincarnated but I think I am. Here's my story

Ok so I believe I am the reincarnated person Of John G. Tinsley, a Confederate colonel or captain in the civil war. I have a reoccurring dream that happens about every two weeks were I'm sprinting down what he battlefield in a battle in tenessee. I keep sprinting with my men., while they are all yelling in a distinct yell which I believe is the rebel yell. In the distance I see an old american flag and hundreds upon hundreds of men in blue uniforms, which are confederate soldiers. I shoot into the crowd while running when then I jump over a fence and as I'm landing two bullets pierce my body, one In my left shoulder one In my right wrist, pretty much blowing up my arm. . I then fall down while thousands of me confederates run past me and many men fAlling Down after being shot and it is very loud and I soon black out. Weird thing is I cannot control the dream, it's likee in destined to do the same thing every time. Also I've kind of memorized the dream to which man will die and the shouts every time. I feel no pain, but sometimes I wake up crying for no reason even when I'm not sad. All I know is in John g tinsley, a confederate soldier who dies in battle in tenessee. Ive known this info forever tho, it's like i have inherited it. I believe I used to know more about the man but have forgot over time. I have told my parents and they dont know what to do. The scariest thing of all is every day in the after noon I get a sharp pain in my shoulder, that hurts mildly but quick, it is where I get shot every dream. I've seen a doctor and he put me on some painkillers.. I don't know what to do.
