Is it normal that i'm raising my brother an sister?

I'm 19 an a foster/step kid of sorts, an I've been with this family since my mother died when I was 6. Well my foster dad is the only man I see as my father an I love my foster mom! But ever since they had a kid of their own I've been the one to raise this child! He is 10 now has no respect for me or other an my fosters do nothing about it. They had another child who is 7 an 'can do no wrong!' but she's worse then the 10 year old! I try to talk to them an get them to realize that they should be nice an respectful but they brush me off.
Well last night, like every other night, they get up an come into my room an wake me up so I can check for monsters an bad guys an all that. Mom an dad are right there but they came to me. For everything! I'd leave but I know the kids would be lost...
What should I do?

Just live with it 1

We studied a guy in psychology who has his penis removed accidentally during circumcision and was raised as a girl.

He ended up killing himself, I'd advise against it

If someone is old enough to realise that they feel like a member of the opposite sex then fine but you can't just decide yourself what sex you're going to raise someone
