Is it normal that i'm overweight by a little but my bones show?

So like it says in the title, it says that I'm overweight, which is true, but not that much. Anyway, when I stretch my ribs show and it is really gross. I don't know why they are doing that. My feet are boney, you can see my bone on my chest. It is gross! I weigh between 130-135 and I'm supposed to weigh between 120-125. I've been excersisng and eating better and I'm afarid it could be that.

Anyway, can someone please tell me why my bones are showing when I'm overweight? Is this even normal???

    It's normal, we all have different body types.

    Personally, I can't tell how overweight you are without knowing your height. If you are a female and 5'3 and up, you're not overweight, you're being hard on yourself and self-conscious.

      Lol I am laughing my head off when you said you would steal my apple juice. I am 5'4 the last time I measured myself. So you want me to stop excersisng? If you want me to I can, if it's going to risk my health.

        When did I say that you should stop exercising, I don't see it but I might have lost my literacy, momentarily.

        I am saying that at your height, it is incorrect to call yourself overweight. So quit being so hard on yourself.

    you may have a pigeon-chest,(if it's the top\middle part of your rib cage that stics out).
    or it could be the lower part of rib cage that stics out (towards the sides, your last cupple of ribs)I have these abit, but i'm a skinny girl.
    both are totaly normal.

        Of course you may ask why. I thought you might whoever you are. Ill tell ya. Because it seems like you're taking what "you're supposed to weigh" too serious. I don't know exactly how you're built but I can't imagine why you buggin. I'm not saying stop exercising and all that just don't think you have to weigh what they say OK. :p that's why
