Is it normal that i'm only attracted to older people?

I'm a teenage girl. I could never even consider dating someone younger than me, or my age. They have to be older than I am. At first I thought maybe 22 or so would be my "limit", but then it started going up and up and now I doubt I'd say no to someone in their mid thirties. A guy I liked told me he was my age, though I thought he was older, and I couldn't even look at him the same. I can't help but feel such an attraction to older men. IIN?

    I would say... just be careful.

    It's ok to have older tastes in partners but you should be at least 18 before engaging in someone older - that way there's no chance your partner can be accused of rape, and you can be sure that you are making an adult decision.

    If you don't want to wait, you may want to consider that it's possible you're aiming for people you know you cannot get. It could be a way to be "safe" from relationships with people your own age.

    I met a girl once who was only 19, (I'm mid thirties) and she would actually get turned on when I said my age, like it was a little fetish or something. Lots of girls like you are out there though. And believe me, plenty of older men that would like to be with you. It's fine, as long as you find you have things in common, regardless of age difference.

    So normal. Boys mature more slowly than girls which can look very unattractive. Older dudes are far more responsible and they don't goof off.......well not nearly as much. Also you would be doing humanity a favor. By picking older guys, you could create offspring with a longer lifespan.
