Is it normal that i'm only 19 and i need a breast lift?

i feel so..not normal..let me put it this way, there are probably 30 year olds with better tits than me. i think it's cuz i used to not wear bras ..but w/e tell me i'm not the only one

    Wear a bra and work on tighten ur pecs :)

    I can't, not wear a bra aha. I even wear one to sleep...it just seems more comfortable. Anyway...there is no need for a breast lift. Just wear bras and there is a certain exercise you can do that will firm your breasts.
