Is it normal that i'm obsessed with cloaks/capes?

I'm 21 years old and I have an obsession with cloaks/capes. Yeah, the ones usually included in Halloween costumes. I can clearly remember the day when I saw a cape on the first time. I was 5. I watched Superman. At that moment I got fascinated with capes, and now at the age of 21 I own eight of them. I feel so powerful when I look at myself in the mirror, wearing a cape/cloak. And I love the feeling of having one on my skin. When I'm away from home, I often daydream of getting back home and putting one of my cloaks on. It's not really a sexual excitement, so I don't know if it can be called fetish. I'm simply obsessed with capes/cloaks since my age of five. I always loved to wear them. Of course, I do it only at home. How would you define that fascination/obsession? Is it normal?

    Wow, sorry dude you got a bunch a assholes commenting your post. Anyways, if it doesn't get in the way of your normal life and your happy with it, why should it matter? I think its normal enough, hey for some people its shoes, for others its hats, for you its cloaks/capes.

      The comment was mine, but the main diatribe was very much at the person who called you a "gay fagget". I was rather displeased at that and I still am.
