I've worked with a wonderful woman for about 10 years. She's quite a bit older than me (about 50) but very pretty. She's very nurturing and persuasive, and I've had a crush on her for ages. We've worked closely on a number of projects, and we both enjoy working with each other.

She's senior to me in the company, so naturally I follow her leadership. More and more, though, she's been asking me to do things that a much more junior person could do, or put me in a submissive position (getting coffee for her). When I do as she asks, she tells me I'm a 'good boy' or her 'little helper'.

I know she enjoys having power over me, and I've come to enjoy it to. I feel like the only reason I go to work is to serve her and receive her praise.

    Well if you like her and you don't mind going along with it then I think it's perfectly normal. It's slightly kinky, but there's nothing wrong with it.

    On the other hand I couldn't stand my prevoius employers, and if any of that tried that bullsh*t on me I would have slapped a bitch. Lol

    I had a boss like that... he would pet me on the head and have me get coffee for us. I made me rub his feet and vacuum his car. One day he asked me to his house for dinner... turned out he and his wife were 40 year old swingers. I was at the table and his wife came in naked then they started kissing ... i jumped up left and never went back to work.
