Is it normal that i'm gay but do not enjoy anal penetration

So I'm gay, and I don't like anything up my butt. I love my penis to be played with, licked, sucked and i like when people play with my foreskin, i just don't like putting things up there. When i was a lot younger i tried it and tried it over and over again to try to get used to it, but it eventually gave me hemorrhoids. I don't have them anymore but when i try to put my finger or somehting up my butt, it makes me feel very stiff and uncompfortable. It makes me feel like i need to defecate, even if i just went to the bathroom recently. Please help me in the comments for suggestions and vote on what you think.
