Is it normal that i'm 5ft and 155lbs?

I just cannot stop eating... I eat so much and I'm trying to stop but I grab the most disgusting food and shove it in my mouth without noticing. I think I'm emotionally eating, but I know this stress isn't going away soon. Help?

    That's a little too much weight for your height. You should stop emotionally eating. Eat when you're hungry. Trust me you will feel much better when you go down to a healthy weight according to your BMI.

      You don't have to be so rude about it, and he/she could have a serious health problem and weigh a certain amount BECAUSE of that health problem. I myself am only 5'4 and weigh 140. Does that mean I "stuff my fat fucking face?" No! I'm actually the healthy weight I'm supposed to be. And so is this person.

    I believe that is okay. I am only 5'4 and I weigh 140. I am a healthy girl, and the doctors say that I am in my healthy weight zone. I find it very normal, and sometimes it can be uncontrollable. You could have a health issue or some kind of problem concerning your possible weight gain, which tends to be out of your control. But, I believe you are in perfectly good shape, you are not overweight. You are beautiful inside and out, no matter what anyone else says.

  • I am a 600 pd lady stuck in a tiny body so I can understand the thing with food. Luckily I was blessed with a high metabolism. But I was eating very unhealthy. You should try and eat several small meals during the day 6-8. Eating something that is healthy for those meals as well like Vegetables or Fruits. If you feel the urge to eat also eat something that is healthy at those points too. You will feel much better and eating smaller portion meals like that several times a day will boost your metabolism. If you are really wanting to lose weight though you need to incorporate exercise as well. Just cutting out sodas all together and drinking water will make a difference.
