I'm just wondering how many people out there in the gay community are legit bisexual. Is there a such thing as bisexuality or is it just some fallacy that gays make up to make themselves feel more mainstream? In today's society a lot of people view being gay as a disability/malfunction/problem; like something must be wrong with you if you are gay. So I wouldn't be surprised if some gay men or women would be more inclined to claim bisexuality for their own mental stability.

    I think you'll find there are an awful lot of people who enjoy (and I do mean enjoy) heterosexual sex on a regular basis, and occasionally indulge in gay sex - so 'bi' most certainly is not an invention of the gay community

    Most people are bisexual to an extant, see the Kinsey Scale. But to be completely equally attracted to both sexes is less common. But bisexuality is actually the norm, but most people won't admit it. You're completely normal.

    Made up by gays, I don't think. There's actually a lot discrimination directed towards bisexual people by gay people. It's so ridiculous and sad. Last year, bisexuals attempted to create awareness for bisexuality. I don't know if it was successful or not.

    I don't think that everyone is bisexual. I believe the creator of the famed Kinsley Scale said that men were least likely to veer from their sexuality and experiment whereas, women were more likely to do so.
