Is it normal that i'm diappointed to be human?

Sometimes I want to be different about things that us humans just can't help? For example, I really wish that I could be a monogamous being, but I know that humans are the opposite, and have multiple partners. This is just one of the many things that disappoint me about being human. Is this normal? Does anyone else feel this way?

I want to be neither male nor female - a sexless being or from another planet.

Sounds more like you are disappointed in yourself than humans in general. Many humans, including me, are monogamous and don't find it difficult to stay monogamous.

By contrast, I think you have to be a special kind of person to thrive in polygamous relationships and there's no need to be disappointed by being able to do that. It can be a good thing, indicating inner strength.
