Is it normal that i'm almost always wet?

A lot of the time I have to put toilet paper in my under wear so I don't get them wet, it doesn't happen all the time but it does happen a lot. It's not pee it vag fluids, but I don't know if it's normal or if I'm defective.

    It's normal, it's just the natural lubricant of the vagina. Try using pantyliners instead, they work rather well and stop undies from being gross.
