I am afraid of butterflies. They scare me when they fly by or near me. When the fly I think they're going to smack me in the face or on the eye or something. They just scare me in general. Did I mention I was afraid of any and all bugs...
Lol, my ex girlfriend was scared of them, I always thought it was cute :)
Listen, I am a boy, and I can't get close to any insect. Anything Insect or insect like is out of my limits. I know that it is hard to surpass that limit, but if it doesn't go away, or if it doesn't get better, try to surpass the limit.
YES. Definitely, I am totally petrified of every butterfly. Mom thinks I'm a wingnut but seriously butterflies are SCARY!!!!!!!!!!!!
YUS thank you! I hate the NZ ones because they are huge and divebomb you. They're the same as any disgusting bug except their wings cause this illusion that they are pretty but BAM once they're all up in your face you know what they really are!
I cross the street when thy come near me... I wonder if the phobia has a name. I even prefer spiders, at least they're honest
i'm scared of butterflies, too! omg my boyfriend laughs at me all the time, but they're really icky. D:
It is normal, as they are incredibly hideous if you look at their faces. I myself am not afraid of them, but I do get a slight chill if one lands on me due to me watching a zoomed in butterfly (DON'T do it if you are afraid of butterflies)
