Please do not mock me or think that this is fake because it is not. I have been dealing with this for a while and I think its gotten out of control

I LOVE to shit inside my boxers and sit on it for long periods of time. After an hour or so it gets hard and I like to peel it off my bare ass.

The worst part is it always stinks up the whole room or office and people have started to notice it.

I dont think I can stop shitting myself and playing with the dried up mold of my ass muscle. I love sitting on the shit and smelling it too.
