I love meeting new people, but only online. I'm very antisocial in real life so maybe I try to make up for it by having online friends?
I know this is splitting hairs but when people call themselves antisocial in real life, I always think it's a fear of being social or a worry that we lack the required skills, as opposed to not wanting to be social.
But, in the meantime, there's no harm being social with people at a distance. It might even become the norm one day.
I see... Yea i enjoy it too actually. Its alot more easier talking to someone online than it is in person. Takes aways those awkard moments and strange silences. Talking to a complete stranger is more interesting because you get a chance to talk about something different for a change. Chatting with the same people gets boring afterwhile and quite repetative...
