Is it normal that i love to look at myself in the mirror ?

Well long story short, i used to weight 283 last august. I dropped down to 192 so far, and have developed a good amount of pec/arm muscle .
I've been overweight for all my life,am 20 years old so far . Anyways, I just constantly stare at myself in the mirror . Whenever I go to the bathroom, I flex a little . And I am also constantly looking at myself in shop windows when I go walking .
So, is this normal ?

Haha that's a little much but I used to be SCRAWNY then I put on muscle girls like to touch my shoulders which is new to me so sometimes I'm guilty of looking at my muscles I've earned when brushing my teeth.

Of course its normal, you have done a huge amount of work to accomplish something huge! It's only normal to be proud and curious of our new body! Keep it up!

          • kindness deficiency and crying don't really go together dumbass....I'm crying because you're fat? I'm not getting your logic there.

Find a good comeback, it's not that hard if you try!

OP is right. I didn't even post this!

And contrary to your beliefs, unkind people such as yourself often cry in anger, pain, or otherwise emotional outbreaks.

And no, my logic was crap. You got a problem?
