I'm a male in high school, and I love almost all of Taylor Swift's songs. When people find out they think it's weird and I'm wondering if everyone thinks I'm weird for liking Taylor or if it's just a local thing. I am straight and no it's not because I think she's hot, even though I do.
Oh for goodness sake, IT'S NORMAL TO LOVE MUSIC! You can like whatever the hell you want, male or female, it doesn't matter!
You can like any music you want and don't feel ashamed about it but I think why people may thinks it's not normal is because your a high school boy. They may see Taylor swift music as music that appeals majority of times to high school girls of mostly suburban areas or country music fans, so when they hear you like her music it may throw them off a bit
Taylor swift annoys me when will she stop dating douche bags? We've had it all before the irritating heartbreak songs and she scoops up all the awards she's so overated. That being said I often find myself singing we are never getting back together and I do have two of her albums so I'm probably contradicting myself here. Yes it's normal that you listen to her you like what you like don't ever feel bad for liking something just because other people find it weird if you did that you'd probably end up with a very short list of "likes"
The songs are catchy, but I don't like how its about the same thing over and over again.
So do I. And don't worry. Gender has nothing to do with taste in music. If it sounds good then it sounds good.
