Is it normal that i love rain and want hurricanes to hit?

I love it when a hurricane hits my state and affects my area. I get excited in a good way when my town is in the projected path of a hurricane. I get pissed when high pressure or something else causes the hurricane to miss me. I also feel depressed when the sum comes out after rain because I love the rain so much. I don't want my stuff destroyed, but I do want a lot of rain and some excitement in my life. Is it normal to feel this way?

    I love it when it rains :3 The Tehran mid winter cold rain just before it turns into snow is something I'll never forget :')
    ..not hurricanes though ._.

    A part of us wants to watch the world burn, or in your case, drown.

    Rainy days are easy on the eyes and more stimulating to the other senses imo

    My whole I lived in the Midwest and not once did I see a tornado. I would LOVE to see a tornado.

      I was going to say the same thing! I also live in the Midwest. I have always wanted to see a funnel cloud. I know the destruction they do is awful but I still find tornadoes beautiful!

    Hurricanes rock. It's really fun to ride out a category 1. Cat 2 and up isn't worth hanging around.
