It's only a stupid question. I really, really love french fries especially when it's sour and cream flavor :)

    Yes mon OP.

    I love yukon gold, russets, sweet potatoes and carrots, especially the Rainbow Variety. I think Yukon Gold is better suited for french fries. Russets are better off being baked in the oven.

      I had a relative that love to eat ranch dressing on his french fries. It makes me want to gag thinking about it but to each his own. I love coating my potatoes in garlic olive oil.
