Is it normal that i love being owned by my boyfriend?

I’ve been with this guy for sometime, and well our relationship is a bit complicated, but let’s juat say he is very dominant I just sometimes feel like he doesn’t necessarily bring that out with me the way I want him to, I want to know how I could get him to know I want him to spank me or do “naughty” things to me! Our sex is great I just want a little more spice if ya know what I mean lol. I just want to feel small and little to him idk if that sounds weird I just like him being my caretaker and well I like calling him daddy (which he loves btw) he never actually said he owns me but he makes choices and other ways to communicate to me he owns me, it’s almost like he wants me to understand and learn.
