Is it normal that i love being freezing cold?

I hate the cold, it takes friggin ages to warm up before working out and I seem to get injured more.

I love the cold so much, it makes me feel better if I am feeling ill and if it is a really cold windy day and the windier the better, I love to sleep outside in it, the heat makes me feel so ill and anything over 18 degrees and I am suffering, I love crunching on ice cubes anything really so I stay cold, I also surround myself with fans in the winter when indoors, I have always been this way and the older I get the more I need the cold, I can not bear to be hot :)

cold temperatures cause the body to produce more sperm. so i bet people who like to shoot bigger amounts like being cold.

Yeah I love the cold. I didn't actually realise til once a few years ago I was taking a bath and my mum stuck her hand in it after I got out and was like 'holy crap this is actually icy'. Plus if it's more than 25ish degrees I faint. I think it's because I am naturally boiling hot - people always comment on that, like my hands and feet are always really warm. Anyhoo, normal. According to me, anyway.

That does seem normal, to me. Personally, I enjoy being cold and not just so that I can snuggle under covers to get warm, but because I tend to swell when I'm hot. Seriously, both my hands and feet swell if they are not cold to the touch. I can tolerate heat, but cold is comfort.

In a word, no. Not normal. Is it normal for me? In a word, yes. I love being cold. My happiest day of the year is New Year's Day, snuggled up in bed with the snowflakes falling (until you car drivers ruin it for me with your global warming :P) and knowing that dinner on New Year's Day is a fluid thing that can be anywhere between noon and 8pm and that drinking on New Year's Day is also a fluid thing in that it can start before you've even got out of bed. And that the whole thing is basically a chilly, alcoholic, winter wonderland that you can enjoy from bed. Mucho perfecto. Stick some furry animal and a random woman in there and you've described my heaven.

I can totally relate because I actually like the feeling of shivering and goosebumps. I just spent all 4 years of high school living in a bedroom aimed in direct sunlight all year with no AC, thankfully I moved out to another house which has great AC. I wore shorts and a T shirt during the entire winter even when it snowed. I even open up the window and place a fan there when it is freezing cold outside in the winter. This may seem weird but I sometimes day dream of taking my clothes off and pouring liquid nitrogen on myself. It might be because I'm 230 pounds so the fat absorbs so much heat in me.

I love the cold if I'm all snugged up and warm but I hate being in an air conditioned space. I want to be 25 deg C in summer and 20 deg C in winter.

It's normal. I love the cold as well. Specially when it's raining and you're laying in bed under your covers.
